Now Playing Tracks

So I just watched the last episode of The Office and I’m crying so hard.

I started watching The Office consistently when I was 10 years old. It was the 3rd season. I’ve had The Office longer than anything else other than my family. I haven’t even had a friend as long as I’ve had The Office.

The Office was what kept me from cutting so bad before I found All Time Low. The Office helped me get through my parents divorce, having to change schools, the stuff I currently have going on at home, and a lot more.

The Office has been more of a friend to me than some of my actual friends. It kept me going, made me smile, and gave me everything I needed to know that the bad stuff would eventually go away, and that the world isn’t such a bad place.

Now that it’s ending, I feel as though a close friend of mine is moving away. But, in my heart, The Office will never end. It will always be something special to me, and I hope everyone who worked for that show knows how much they helped so many people, because it would be a shame if they didn’t.
